Gather oil, any type will suffice, from your home and set it aside. It doesn't need to be extravagant; simply designate it after seeking the Lord's blessing and consecration. The oil should be exclusively reserved for anointing after this prayer, hence the necessity of setting it apart.

Hold the oil container and sincerely, out loud, recite the following prayer, pouring out your heart and faith, as you offer this prayer to God the Father.

Heavenly Father, I humbly ask you to consecrate this oil as anointing oil of the Holy Spirit, remove any defilement in it or upon it. I ask that you impart this oil with the power of the Holy Spirit.

Impart your power over it to heal, deliver, protect and consecrate. All power is Yours, all Authority is yours and only Yours. I praise you for you deserve all my praise.

I ask this humbly in the name of Jesus, as it is written; if I ask the Father anything in Your Name, He will do it. I ask all this, in the great name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I thank you, Father, for already having heard and granting this prayer. Amen!
